That’s why thousands of witches, ghosts and ghouls are heading to St. Helens, Oregon, where Disney Channel’s “Halloweentown” was filmed.

The “Spirit of Halloweentown” festival has already kicked off this spooky season, quickly becoming a trending topic on social media.

On Oct. 8, Kimberly J. Brown, the actress who played Marnie and is the reason you always wanted to be a witch, will be lighting the giant pumpkin in the town square, making all your childhood dreams come true.

There are “Halloweentown”-themed events happening at the iconic film location until Oct. 31, ranging from pumpkin carving contests to Howl-oween 5K dog walks, Tarot card readings, tractor rides, costumed cocktail parties, bloody marys and bagels with Marnie, photo ops with Marnie alongside a replica of Benny’s haunted cab and of course, costume contests.

So put on your best witch hat and grab your favorite broomstick to channel your inner Aggie Cromwell for lots of “Double, Double, Toil and Trouble.”
