Happy 21st Birthday Miley Cyrus: Her Biggest Vices
Cause it's not all about drinking when you turn 21.

The "Bangerz" singer even tweeted her excitement Friday, saying "I want everyone to party like its their birffffday tomorrow."
At an age when most young girls are celebrating the day when they can legally drink alcohol, Cyrus has been partying ever since she started twerking. She's definitely no normal 21-year-old, as she has been in the spotlight since she was just 12 and on "Hannah Montana."
While we're sure she'll be celebrating this milestone tonight with a drink (or many), here's a list of some of her vices she's admitted to over the past year or so.
