— -- When asked if a possible "Lizzie McGuire" reunion would ever happen, Hilary Duff definitely didn't shoot down the idea.

"I love it! I would be totally open to it," she told Huffington Post.

She added, "My schedule is a little busy right now. But um ... why not?"

The singer and actress, 26, gave a little more context to why a reunion wouldn't be such a bad idea. The show ran from 2001 to 2004.

"I mean, so many people loved her. I loved her," she said. "Honestly, working on that show, I got so strong with my physical comedy and all the things that they would throw at me. I got covered in goo every week, and I got, like, smashed in the face with a locker every single week. And all this, I mean it was a really, really fun show. And obviously people really loved her."

She even came up with a concept for the reunion.

"Maybe a 'Lizzie: Where Are You Now?' like 10 years later," she added.

As for Team Gordo or Team Ethan, Duff had the perfect answer.

"Lizzie always chooses the right way. Personally? Ethan!" she said. "No, no, I’m just kidding. I always choose the good guy."
