Oscar-winner Mo'Nigue is back on film in a new movie "Blackbird" -- and she's looking better than ever.
The actress has lost more than 80 pounds over the past few years and is keeping off the weight. She hasn't been shy about it either -- posting pictures of her fitness routine on Twitter to inspire others.
"I had to do it for husband and my children and get out of my own way," she told TV One recently. "Those moments when you feel like you can't go any further and you can!"

The "Precious" star has been inspiring others with an insight into her journey to stay healthy since last year, when she started tweeting on behalf of Mo'Nique Worldwide.
"I tweet every morning," she said in an interview last year. "Because I want women to see — especially us big women — that you don't have to let them cut you and suck it out."
The Best Supporting Actress winner once weighed 300 pounds and revealed last year she had gotten down to 218.
Here's a look back at her amazing transformation.
