— -- Jimmy Fallon's a dad again!

The late-night host and his wife, Nancy, welcomed a second daughter Dec. 3, a rep for the couple told People.

"Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 a.m. on December 3, weighing 5 lbs., 11 ounces and is 18.5 inches long," the rep said in a statement to the magazine.

"Their new addition joins big sister, Winnie Rose, 1. The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter, Frances Cole, made her official debut. Both Fallon babies were born via surrogate."

The "Tonight Show" host opened up earlier this year about the five-year struggle he and his wife endured to have a baby.

"I think that makes you slow down sometimes and appreciate the little things," he told Men's Health magazine.

"There'll be nights when you're sitting on your couch and you're with your beautiful wife who you can't believe married you and your beautiful baby, who you feel endlessly grateful you were able to have... and you go, 'How great is my life?'"
