Ke$ha Postpones Tour to Continue Rehab for Eating Disorder

Feb. 4, 2014 — -- Ke$ha is putting her health above her career and postponing her upcoming tour dates to continue treatment.

A released obtained by ABC News today said the pop singer "regrets to inform her fans that she must postpone her previously scheduled March & April tour dates."

Ke$ha, 26, began treatment for an eating disorder in January and has been in rehab for just about a month now.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my Doctor's advice and get my health back on track." Ke$ha said in the statement. "All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."

Her Warrior Tour began in May 2013 and was originally going to run through April of this year.

The statement said fans could contact their local box office for refunds.
