Kim Zolciak Insists She Never Had a Facelift

Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star denies report on Twitter.

— -- Kim Zolciak denies ever having a face lift.

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star on Tuesday denied via Twitter a recent tabloid report, in which "top doctors" concluded that she had gotten a "full facelift."

"This is ridiculous! Top doctors my a**!" she wrote, dismissing the report. "I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!"

Zolciak was responding directly to one of her Twitter followers, who asked her about the report.

But it's not the first time the 37-year-old reality star has been accused of having work done on her face. In 2014, another panel of plastic surgeons weighed in on a celebrity website.

Zolciak, a mother of six and wife of NFL player Kroy Evan Biermann, is not completely averse to cosmetic surgery.

She has previously copped to breast augmentations and a tummy tuck.

Last October, Zolciak posted before-and-after photos following a tummy tuck she had earlier in the year after the birth of her twins, Kane and Kaia, now 19 months old.

"A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all! I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles," she wrote on Facebook. "And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my Belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button."

Before that, she wrote on Instagram, "My surgeon didn’t change my size. I’m the same size 4 I have always been... He simply fixed my hernia, repaired my muscles, and gave me the most incredible set of tatas EVER!"
