Michele wasn't the only cast member from the show to honor Monteith.

Amber Riley tweeted, "I remember your smile and your warm hugs! 1 year without you and your presence is still felt. Miss and love u everyday big bro [heart] Our Angel."

Matthew Morrison also posted, "I personally believe Cory was reborn into some other beautiful form a year ago today. I celebrate him and his life... Wherever that may be."

Monteith died of a mixture of drugs - heroin included - and alcohol. Before his death in 2013, the actor had a history of substance abuse and had gone to rehab earlier that year.
