— -- Nate Hatch, 14, had a special visitor earlier this week, while he continues to recover from a school shooting late last month.

Rapper Macklemore, who's from Seattle, stopped by Harborview Medical Center on Wednesday to visit Hatch, one of the Marysville students shot by Jaylen Fryberg on Oct. 24.

Hatch was shot in the face by Fryberg and has since had surgery to repair his jaw, according to mynorthwest.com.

The school shooting resulted in the deaths of Shaylee Chuckulnaskit, Zoe Galasso and Gia Soriano -- all 14 years old -- after Fryberg opened fire in the high school's cafeteria, shooting five people before turning the gun on himself.

All the victims were either relatives or friends of Fryberg.

Hatch posted the smiling picture with the rapper and the caption, "Macklemore gave me a visit."
