Mandy Moore recovering with black eye from 'shower door handle'
The actress and singer said she had a shower accident.

The actress got a black eye after having an accident in her shower.
Moore, 33, posted a photo of her black eye on Instagram, with a caption explaining in more detail what happened.
"Shower door handle - 1, Mandy - 0. Real talk: how does a girl get rid of a black eye pronto?" she wrote Friday. "Any helpful hints (minus Ice and arnica??)"
The "This Is Us” star had to pay a visit to Dr. David Stoker, a plastic surgeon, to get stitches after the accident.
On Instagram she wrote a note of thanks to him "for coming in at 9 p.m. to sew me up!! Never had stitches or a black eye before... what a day!"
Moore's colleagues on the hit show -- co-star Milo Ventimiglia, the show's hair stylist Michael Reitz and the show's makeup artist Zoe Hay -- tried to cheer her up by creating their own black eyes.
"Don't mean to blow up their spot but I have the best work family ever, ever, ever," she wrote in a caption. "Come on!! Love you @zoehaymakeup, @michaelpreitzhair and @miloanthonyventimiglia."
