Michael Buble Opens Up About Past as a 'Jerk' to Women

“I think everyone looks back at some of the things we did and it's so cringy how I acted,” Buble opened up to etalk this week.
Buble was famously engaged to actress Emily Blunt until their split in 2008. Now, the singer is married to Luisana Lopilato and they have a son Noah, 1.
Buble talked about how he acted with his exes, including Blunt.
“I was a jerk and I was careless and reckless with the hearts of women I was with,” he added. “And I got my karma. I earned it. I got my butt and heart kicked and it hurt me enough that I looked in the mirror and I didn't want it to happen again.”
Now, Buble said he's come around and is happier than ever.
“The reason to be a good guy isn't for the person you're with, it's for you,” he said. “That sounds weird but I like me better now. I'm happier now. I'm better at what I do, I'm better on stage because I’m not pretending to be the guy I want to be.”
In 2011, Buble also spoke to People magazine about his split from Blunt.
"It was heartbreaking," Bublé said. "I learned to take responsibility. It was tough, but if it hadn't happened, I wouldn't be this good of a husband now."
