Why Miranda Lambert Got Her New Bob Haircut
The singer's stylist dishes on why she made the drastic change.
— -- Miranda Lambert surprised everyone this week when she cut her long blond locks in favor of an adorable bob.
Lambert's stylist, Lee Wright, talked to People magazine about why she chose the dramatic change.
"After all her recent photo shoots and covers in long hair, she decided she was ready for a change," Wright said.

But Wright said Lambert, 30, didn't want to cut it all off at first.
"When she sat down in my chair she looked in the mirror and got nervous, so we did kind of a shoulder-draping cut first," he added.
Then, Lambert got together with husband Blake Shelton's stylist and cut off six more inches.
"She sent me a photo, 'I did it!' It looks very cute like this,” Wright said, “but it really looks fierce when she rocks it out for the stage.”
