— -- After videos of Ian McKellan and audio of Patrick Stewart reading Taylor Swift lyrics went viral earlier this week, the pop star invited the best buds to join her squad.

First this happened. McKellan is known for his dramatic prose, so this reading of "Bad Blood" was epic.

Then, McKellan's dear friend and "X-Men" co-star followed suit and read off lyrics from "Blank Space."

He added, "May we join the squad?"

If this wasn't amazing enough, Swift stepped in and tweeted, "Thanks for reciting my lyrics, @IanMcKellen and @SirPatStew! You've made my day. You two are ULTIMATE Squad Goals."

She posted a collage of her new friends.

Finally, Stewart wrote, "OMG I DIE!!! (no really, I might. I'm old.)"
