Oct. 10, 2013— -- Teresa Giudice is "not focusing on the negative" and trying not to think about the possibility that she and husband Joe Giudice might go to jail.

The Giudices' trial is set to begin in February, and the 39-count indictment includes charges of mail and wire fraud, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star spoke with E! News earlier this week, saying that she hasn't broken down and has put on a brave face because the situation is what it is and nothing but a trial can change that.

"The thing is there's nothing that anybody could do that could make things better or worse," she told E! "We're just being positive and moving forward."

But Giudice said she is in no way in denial, just being strong for her four daughters Gia, Milania, Gabrielle and Audriana.

"I'm being the mom kind of keeping it all together," she said. "I'm the rock. I can't fall apart. If I fall apart, the rest of the family is going to fall apart."

The indictment also alleged Joe Giudice didn't file tax returns from 2004 to 2008. Some of these charges against her and her husband, Teresa does not fully comprehend.

"Some of the charges I don't understand, but I am learning," she added. "I am understanding what they are. Of course, I'm not in denial, I understand everything. My husband and I pleaded not guilty and that day in court will come."

One thing she does understand is that she can't divulge details when it comes to her case.

"I want to answer everyone's questions, but I can't and I have been advised by my attorney," she said.

What is known about the case is that the Giudices both plead not guilty in August to the charges and Teresa doesn't blame her husband for any of these legal problems.

"I love my husband more than anything and I will stand by him to the end," she told Access Hollywood on Tuesday.
