President Coriolanus Snow has a message for you.
June 25, 2014 -- The Capitol has a message for you, "Hunger Games" fans.
In a preview for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1," Panem's President Coriolanus Snow (played by Donald Sutherland) gives an official address, laying out the Hunger Games.
"Ours is an elegant system, conceived to nourish and protect," he said. "Your district, the body. The Capitol is the beating heart. Your hard work feeds us and in return, we feed and protect you."

However, he warned, "If you resist the system, you starve yourself. If you fight against it, it is you who will bleed."
Meanwhile, Peeta (Josh Hutchreson), who was taken by the government in the last film of the franchise, can be seen flanking the president.
"Panem Today. Panem Tomorrow. Panem Forever," Snow said, with Peeta turning his gaze toward the camera.
