'Wheel of Fortune' Contestant Solves Puzzle With One Letter

The game show contestant's quick thinking won him $1,700.

— -- If you think you are a whiz at "Wheel of Fortune" while watching the game show from the comfort of your couch, see if you can compete with this guy.

The contestant, Rufus, correctly guessed a 17-letter puzzle with a clue of just one letter.

In the show’s “Final Spin” competition, Rufus was given the first choice of a letter and chose “T.”

Working off just that one letter and the puzzle’s category, “Event,” Rufus correctly guessed “Championship Match.”

“Whoa,” Rufus repeated to himself as the audience loudly applauded.

The quick guess earned Rufus a cool $1,700, bringing his total prize money for the show up to $7,100.
