Paris Jackson opens up about body image, depression in new Facebook series

"I'm not even close to loving myself."

For Paris Jackson, the journey to self-love is a constantly evolving one.

In an exclusive clip of the July 7 episode, Jackson -- the sole daughter of the late Michael Jackson -- is asked what it's like to be so beautiful. Taken aback, she calls it a "weird question" she has "never" been asked before.

"I do believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I think I'm more than what I look like," she continues. "If someone finds me beautiful then I can really appreciate that because I have a lot of insecurities."

"Personally there are a couple things I would probably want to fix about myself," Jackson admits. "I'm not even close to loving myself."

Additionally, the "Gringo" actress discusses her experience with depression in the upcoming episode, finding somewhat of a silver lining with it.

"For me, my depression comes in waves," she explains." So even though the lows are unbearably low, I would still rather that, you know, than nothing. Pain is way better than just numb because at least you're feeling something."

New episodes of "Unfiltered: Paris Jackson and Gabriel Glenn" air every Tuesday on Facebook Watch.
