We first learned of the charities that Meghan will champion earlier this year when kensington palace revealed she will be the patron of four British organizations and got a glimpse of that work and candid new videos posted to Instagram. This morning a candid view behind the scenes of the duchess at work set to the bill withers' song "Lovely day." Showing up at a photo shoot for her collection, a collaboration with several clothing brands all in the services of supporting one of her initiative, smartworks which helps women heading back to work. Smartworks is one of Meghan's first patronages and they're an initiative that empowers women from disadvantaged backgrounds back into the workplace through training and styling because, of course, those first interviews are very important. Reporter: The capsule collection structured to directly benefit the charity on a one-on-one basis. Whenever a customer buys something, one item of clothing is also donated to the smart of works initiative. Reporter: Her appearance was a surprise to the models all real women involved in the charity and as part of her ongoing quiet work behind the scenes. She's made tons of secret visits to their London headquarters even coaching some of the women on their interview techniques and helping them really gain the confidence to go and get that job. And Meghan has long been a vocal advocate for women saying in part that she chose smartworks because it's a network of women supporting and empowering other women in their professional pursuits.
