Reporter: The last time we saw Joe he was embracing Teresa before heading to prison to serve 41 months for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. How would you handle that? I'm just taking one day at a time. That's it. Reporter: The reality star also spent time behind bars and away from her four daughters serving an 11-month sentence after pleading guilty to fraud. Teresa Giudice served 11 months for the exact same crimes. She was released and her and Joe had some time together. Giudice was reunited with his brother who lives in Italy. The star's attorney saying he will fight that deportation order. They want him to be able to come back home. We'll have to wait and see. More developments in this case coming all the time.
