Sure. Reality star Joe Giudice has a new home and new country. "The real housewives of new Jersey" star released from I.C.E. Custody and now fighting his deportation to Italy. Reporter: This morning our first look at Joe Giudice in more than three years. Hi, honey. Welcome home. Reporter: Joe and Teresa Giudice's daughter Gia sharing these stories in her Instagram story. Writing one of the happiest moments of my life. He looked happy and smiling. He lost a lot of weight. Very visibly different than he Reporter: Giudice transferred to his native Italy where he vows to appeal his deportation order. The court lifting a stay allowing him to relocate to his country of birth while he fights his case. That's when you were a baby? That's where I lived when my mother was pregnant with me. Reporter: The last time we saw Joe he was embracing Teresa before heading to prison to serve 41 months for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa busy raising her four daughters on "Gma" talked about how she'll handle this uncertain future. Did you ever think of the other side if the appeal fails and Joe gets deported? How would you handle that? I'm just taking one day at a time. That's it. Reporter: The reality star also spent time behind bars and away from her four daughters serving an 11-month sentence after pleading guilty to fraud. Teresa Giudice served 11 months for the exact same crimes. She was released and her and Joe had some time together. Giudice was reunited with his brother who lives in Italy. The star's attorney saying he will fight that deportation order. They want him to be able to come back home. We'll have to wait and see. More developments in this case coming all the time.
