I looked for it. I'm stubborn. Sorry, guys. I wish it was a romantic sign like maybe a Libra. You know who's a Libra? Carrie Bradshaw. The actress taking to Instagram to share this photo in front of Carrie's apartment writing, pure coincidence and just like that we find ourselves on this street called Carrie the night before it all begins again. Adding I'm thrilled and terrified. We follow Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda as they navigate new York life in their 50s. HBO max announcing Mario Cantone and others will reprise their roles. Good news for all the early risers out there. That means listen up, a new study finds that morning people are happier than night owls. About two-thirds of people self-identify as early risers and they are ensuring their own happiness by going to bed at a reasonable hour and waking up at the same time every day. Can't relate. According to the study, the sleeping habits of early birds make them better able to avoid mental health challenges and 5% more likely to report a higher sense of well-being than their evening counterparts. Morning people tend to be more consistent with their sleep schedule and that is crucial to maintaining your sleep cycle.
