meditation expert. His teachings have been practiced all over the world even by some of the biggest celebs like Oprah, Michael Jackson and Madonna. In his latest book "Meta human" he's releasing some secrets to unleash your inner power. Please welcome deepak Chopra. It's such an honor to have you on the show. Thank you. You are known as a man of peace. Part of that is you take a week off every year and go completely silent. Yes. No books, no internet, no email. No communication whatsoever. Just communicating with my soul. You don't talk to anybody? No. They couldn't last three seconds. How hard is that? And, Michael, you could? It's amazing. You come out reinventing your body and resurrecting your soul. Makes sense. We're in the holiday season. As much as they're a blessing to be with family and friends, oftentimes they're stressful. You have the four "As" to help manage stress. The best way to manage stress is to make somebody else happy. That's the fastest way to be happy. The four As -- attention, which means deep listening. Appreciation, which means noticing a strength the other person has. Affection, telling you you care about them and you hold their back and simply being appreciative and -- Fourth "A"? Acceptance. Don't try to change somebody. That's a hard one. It's hard enough to change yourself. Expecting somebody else to change is foolish. It's kind of insanity. You have these holidays. The family comes over. You're like I know this time my brother is gonna listen and it never works. You've written over 85 books. In your newest book you talk about unleashing one's infinite potential. Can you explain that? How do you tap into insight, intuition, imagination, creativity, higher vision, even going beyond the fear of death? When you get in touch with meta human, which means beyond the human mind, there's no such thing as death. It's a human construct. Your soul never dies. "Meta human" is about getting in touch with your soul. When you write that many books, how do you change them up? Do you ever find yourself writing number 42 and you're like that sounds like 16? No, no, no. It's not spontaneous. Each book is built on the previous. There's something else cool you're releasing. It's an app called digital deepak. This is the artificial intelligence part of yourself. I think we have a digital picture of yourself. That looks so much like you. That is him. It's digital deepak. I know, but that is him. It's not him right now. It's digital deepak. People can ask digital deepak for advice, meditate. We want to test this and see how much alike you are. I want to ask you a question and then ask digital deepak. Have you made new year's resolutions? I go with the flow. I don't anticipate the future. That sounds like a bumper sticker. The best way to create the future you want is to be totally present now. Love that. I'm going to ask digital deepak. Here we go. Hello, digital deepak. Hello. I'm going ask you the same question. Digital deepak, do you have any new year's resolutions? I have one rule regarding new year's resolutions and that is I never make any new year's resolutions. I live everyday without regrets, without resistance. In this moment just as it is. This is the experience of flow and ultimately of joy and ecstasy. Thanks, digital deepak. Talk to you later. See you soon. That is really cool. This guy will be able to talk to the grandchildren of my grandchildren. Wow. And give them all what's happening including this show. They'll be able to see, future generations will be able to ask digital deepak questions about about Michael Strahan. All right, baby. I love this digital deepak. That is really awesome.
