Eligibility Guidelines: Eligibility Guidelines: Entrants (“Entrants”) and Nominees (“Nominee”) must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Contest sponsored by American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Prize is provided by Disney Destinations, LLC (“Prize Supplier”).Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Contest Entry Period: Good Morning America's "Best Frozen Friend" Contest (the "Contest") entry period begins 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 03/11/15 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on 04/01/15 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor computer is the official clock for this Contest.

How to Enter: In an essay not to exceed 200 words in length, describe the hardships a close friend of yours, as Nominee, has endured because of the severe weather during the winter of 2014 – 2015. Entrants must nominate someone other than themselves. Entrants nominating themselves will be eliminated from consideration. Nominee must be 18 years of age or older and legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Submit the essay, along with the name, email address, and photo of your Nominee. The photo may also include an image of you with the Nominee. Entrants must have full rights to grant to Sponsor to use any photos submitted; photos may not be the protected works of another party; entries submitted with inappropriate or offensive photos will be immediately disqualified. Multiple entries per e-mail address are permitted.

During the Entry Period, you may enter by going to www.goodmorningamerica.com and completing and submitting an online entry form. There you will find instructions on the appropriate and acceptable file formats and sizes for submitting your entry electronically. Free internet access is available at most public libraries.

Judging Procedure and Notification: Eligible entries will be judged by staff designated by Sponsor. Decisions of the judges are final as to all Contest-related matters. Eligible entries will be judged on the basis of potential for on-air appeal, compelling nature of the story and overall readability of essay. On or about April 2, 2015, one entry will be declared the winning entry (“Winning Entry”) by the judges.

In the event of a tie, the Entrant with the highest score in the compelling nature of the story category will be declared the Winning Entry.

There are two Grand Prize Winners (“Winners”): 1. the Entrant who submitted the Winning Entry, and 2. the Nominee who has been nominated by the Entrant in the Winning Entry. In the event that either of the two Winners is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Contest procedures, or is not available to participate as specified, then the first runner-up Entrant and that Entrant’s Nominee will be selected as the Winners.

Grand Prizes: Each of the two (2) Winners will receive one (1) vacation package. Each package shall consist of a vacation for up to four (4) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort, and include the following:

• Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport. Air travel may include layovers. If Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, airfare will not be provided.

• One (1) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express Service.

• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion, based on availability.

• Up to four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

• Choice of any Disney PhotoPass® Service products, valued up to $300.00, to be fulfilled with a Disney Gift Card (online registration required). Subject to restrictions.

The approximate retail value of each vacation package is US $4850.64.

The actual value of each vacation package may vary depending on point of departure, dates of travel and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation, as applicable. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual cost of the vacation package will not be awarded.

General Prize Conditions: Each vacation package must be taken after May 31, 2015 and completed by May 30, 2016 or Prize is forfeited. Each vacation package must be booked with Disney at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Each Winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary and all elements of each vacation package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the winner and his/her guests at the same time during the redemption of the vacation package. However, the two vacation packages do not need to be redeemed at the same time.

Any guest under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of eighteen (18) and both shall be deemed guests of the Winner, if that parent/legal guardian is not the Winner. Vacation package fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions including, without limitation, travel availability and hotel availability. Block-out dates may apply. Advanced reservations required. Each vacation package shall NOT include the following: income taxes, airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included in the description of the Grand Prize.

Each vacation package (or any portion thereof) is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable or assignable except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion. Each vacation package (or any portion thereof) may not be separated, used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, sold, or rescheduled. Theme park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change without notice. Each vacation package will only be awarded to the person whose verifiable full name and valid email address appears on the entry form associated with the entry in question. Each Winner and his/her guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable. Each Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the vacation package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the vacation package will be forfeited. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the vacation package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner.

The Winners and his/her guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release form prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the vacation package. Any lost or stolen tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. All expenses not included in the prizing information above are the responsibility of the Winners. The approximate retail value of each prize is US $4850.64.

Releases: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges, which shall be final in all respects. By entering the Contest, Entrants and Nominees agree to execute any and all paperwork requested by the Sponsor which may include, but is not limited to, a background check prior to any on-line or on air appearance of Entrant, Nominee or Entrant's submission or related materials.All submissions will become the sole property of ABC, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry in any manner, in any media. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnification within seven days of notification of winning. By participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, Entrants and Nominees agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and Prize Supplier, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material in any and all media currently in existence or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

By submitting entry materials, Entrants certify that such materials are original and created by Entrant, that Entrants have the necessary rights, permission and authority to submit such materials, and, if applicable, that Entrants maintain a valid copyright in the materials. Entrants acknowledge that such materials may be included and/or discussed in a broadcast, that such use or discussion may include statements or opinions by the broadcast talent or others about the Entrants or Nominees, the Entrants' or Nominees’ appearances and/or the materials, and that those statements and opinions may be considered surprising, humiliating, embarrassing, derogatory, defamatory or otherwise offensive or injurious to them, Sponsor's employees, its studio or at-home audience and/or other third parties. Entrants release the Released Parties from any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by any such use, statements or opinions made during a broadcast or online. Entrants further agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage that may arise from any third party claims related to Sponsor’s use, statements, or opinions about Entrant’s submission materials during a broadcast or online.Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this contest. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.To claim prize: (a) Winners must provide proof of age, identity and residency and (b) Winners must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
