A Sweet and Healthy Snack
Kayla Itsines became a fitness sensation with 6 million Instagram followers for her high-energy workout routines and videos. Now she's sharing her meal plans for health eating in a new book, "The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide." Try her recipe for a sweet berry swirl made with yogurt as seen on "Good Morning America."
Place half of the berries and half of the yogurt in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
To serve, place the remaining yogurt in a serving bowl.
Add the berry yogurt and swirl through with a spoon. Top with the remaining berries.
