Ingredients

  • 2 chopped grapefruits (peel and pith removed)
  • 5 chopped carrots
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • Mint sprig (plus extra for garnish)
  • Cooking Directions

    Put grapefruits, carrots, mint, and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
