Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 /2 oz. cane syrup
  • 1 oz. lime
  • 2 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
  • Crushed ice
  • Cooking Directions

    Muddle in highball: mint leaves, cane syrup and lime.

    Add 2 oz. Barritt’s ginger beer

    Pack with crushed ice and swizzle.

    Top with more crushed ice.

    Garnish: mint sprig
