"GMA" caught up with the Pink Tea Cup chef Lawrence Page at the New York City restaurant. Page, from WEtv's "Hustle & Soul," shared his recipe for a bacon, egg and cheese waffle. Watch the video for a step-by-step guide to make the brunch dish.
Mix waffle batter ingredients together.
Cook bacon first to crisp.
Cook scrambled eggs, loose.
Pour mixed waffle batter (1 cup) on the waffle maker.
Add eggs and bacon and cheese on top of the waffle batter.
Close the machine and let the waffle cook for 3 minutes until machine beeps.
Garnish with maple syrup and powdered sugar, or Tabasco sauce!
