'GMA' Lunch Break: Chef John Beatty's Lobster Roll
Try this New England classic
"GMA" caught up with chef John Beatty, the executive chef at New York City restaurant Catch, for lunch. The chef shared his recipe for a classic lobster roll.
Combine all ingredients and blend in mixing bowl with whisk until emulsified.
Take all ingredients place in bowl and mix thoroughly until all items are incorporated and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
To make lobster roll
Toast potato buns in a nonstick sauté pan until golden brown on each side. Fill toasted buns with four ounces of the lobster mix with green leaf lettuce crowns and place on plate.
