'GMA' Lunch Break: Chef John Beatty's Toasted Almond Iced Coffee
Try this refreshing almond iced coffee drink!
"GMA" went to Catch Restaurant in New York City. The chef at Catch shared a recipe for toasted almond iced coffee.
Add almonds to stainless steel pot along with almond milk, sugar and vanilla.
Cook to a boil and steep for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add salt. Cook to a simmer, then strain, add espresso and serve chilled over iced.
Add extra cold brew espresso ‘to taste’ if you prefer a stronger coffee drink.
