In a powerful blender, combine the whey protein, collagen, probiotics, yogurt, kale, coconut water, Barlean’s oil (if using), and ice and blend until very smooth.
Let the blender run for an extra 20 to 30 seconds more than you think it needs to really chop up the kale.
If it’s too thick for your liking, add a quarter to half-cup water and blend again to combine. Enjoy immediately.
