  • 2 cups Alfonso Olives
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (bruise)
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Cooking Directions

    Marinate olives with herbs overnight in the refrigerator. Mario note: the rosemary gets bruised when you chop it and add it to the jar.
