Michael Symon's Bacon-Bananas 'Foster'
Sweeten Your Meal With This Delightful Dish
No meal is complete without dessert. Treat yourself to this delicious dish.
Place bacon over medium heat and cook until crispy. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and reserve.
Add brown sugar and to bacon fat and stir until mixed well. Turn heat to high and add bananas, cook until slightly tender. Add bourbon and flambé.
Take off heat add pinch of salt and swirl in butter. Serve warm over vanilla bean ice cream, with crispy bacon sprinkled on top.
