"Good Morning America" caught up with Vandal executive chef Jonathan Kavourakis for lunch at the New York City restaurant. Try this recipe for a plum mocktail from Vandal's beverage menu.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices cucumber (lightly muddled)
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz plum puree
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Cooking Directions

    Combine ingredients, strain into highball and top with ginger beer.

    Use a highball glass and garnish with a cucumber slice
