Ingredients

  • ½ lb of the smallest new potatoes or fingerlings (the smaller the better!)
  • ¼ cup sea salt
  • Cooking Directions

    Cover the whole potatoes barely with cold water. Add the salt and boil until water evaporates and the potatoes are shriveled and coated with salt residue.

    Serve with mayonnaise seasoned with smoked paprika
