Eddie Jackson's Slow-Cooker Bread Pudding

The winner of "Food Network Star" and former NFL player Eddie Jackson shares his recipe for a slow-cooker bread pudding this Thanksgiving.
Grease inside of slow cooker with 2 tablespoon of butter.
Add bread, raisins and cranberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture over bread and fruit.
Let sit for 10-15 mins.
Turn slow cooker to high and cook for 4 and a 1/2 to 5 hours.
