Ayesha Curry's 'Toastiedoodles' cookie recipe
Try this sweet spin on a classic snickerdoodle!
Best-selling cookbook author Ayesha Curry is joining "The Great American Baking Show" as a host of the competition baking show's third season.
Curry who is the wife of NBA star Stephen Curry, shared one of her favorite holiday cookie recipes with “Good Morning America.”
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whip the butter with vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add the sugar and brown sugar and mix well.
Add the eggs and stir.
Using a sifter, add the flour, cream of tartar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt and sift into the dough. Combine until evenly mixed.
Cover the plastic wrap and chill.
Using your hands roll dough into 1.5 inch sized balls.
Dip the dough into cinnamon sugar mixture and roll around covering the dough ball completely.
Place cookie dough on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and cane sugar. Torch to your desired toastiness.
