Time to Pull Out the Grill
Heat a grill over high heat.
Bring steak to room temperature. Toss together the salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and garlic powder. Brush the steaks with the olive oil, then coat them with the seasoning mixture. Grill for 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
