I mean, before I was just somebody who made money for the family to survive. Now ooip able to play with my kids, go to work, come home, have the energy to do what they need as a father at night. That's the most rewarding thing. And I get to be a good husband. You wanted to share this with everybody. Take a look. This is an example of how far he's come. These are the pants that i wore every day to work. And -- yeah. It's cool. Is it time to get rid of those or do you save them? I need to save them to remember. See my grandkids and my grandkids' grandkids. One piece of advice. One word of wisdom. What do you say to the other jonathans out there? Every journey begins with a single step. Make the one small promise. Removing a soda from lunch. Maybe it's eating breakfast. Something you can do every day. It's nice that he lost 250 pounds. More than anytng, he's a promise-keeper. He's honored his word to himself. Thats a how you do something extraordinary. Your advice? Making small goals. You start, you say 250 pounds. It seems like a crazy amount of weight. You say, I want to eat healthy three days this week. You build momentum. Then the sky's the limit. How are your kids? They're awesome. They don't understand this is not life.
