and get to the explosive story out of seattle. A prominent attorney arrested for assault. And his wife, a city prosecutor, expected of tampering with key evidence. Neal karlinsky starts us off. Reporter: Women in this massage parlor says this man was preying on them. A businessman in a suit. Using personal information he'd somehow uncovered about their background to threaten them. I know this is a bad guy for me to do bad things. These assaults are happening on women that may not want to call 911. Reporter: A police sketch went out. A suspect, a very close likeness was arrested. It turns out, police say, he is no ordinary customer but a successful lawyer named danford grant. By all accounts, grant and his wife, jennifer, are a power couple. Both attorneys. Danford, a partner in a firm. Jennifer, a supervisor in the criminal division of the seattle city attorney's office. Her steady gaze, following him, as he was led out of court recently, gave away nothing. Yet, court documents reveal behavior that's now being looked at closely. Police say she moved her husband's car from the scene of his arrest, parked it in a random location near her home and didn't tell investigators for weeks. All the while, detectives were serving search warrants, looking for the car, hoping to find a folding knife, cell phones and other evidence. Police say she also used her husband's card key to get into the parking garage of his office shortly after the arrest. There could be severe consequences. And as a prosecuting attorney, one could argue that she should have known better. Reporter: Jennifer grant and her husband's attorney declined our request for an interview. The seattle attorney sayshe has been reassigned to responsibilities that do not entail courtroom prosecutorial work. Her husband, the father of their three children, is now an accused serial rapist.
