Now, we turn to the latest spot for husbands and wives to bond. Couples going in for his and hers plastic surgery. We ask, does the couple that nips and tucks together, stay together? Take a look. Heather and david robertson have done everything together for 18 years. Happy wife, happy life, right? So, that's what I'm all about. We went on our first date. And he asked me to marry him on our first date. D I said yes. Reporter: So, when heather decided to go under the knife, david didn't think twice. You know, hey. Whatever. I'm game for it. So, let's see what happens. It's got to be a bonus. Can't hurt, right? Reporter: Although time has been great to their relationship, it hasn't been for their bodies. Heather's had four children. We've had four children together. And you know, it takes quite a toll on our body. If anybody deserves to get a tummy tuck, I think she deserves to get one done. Reporter: Heather will have liposuction and a tummy tuck. And for david, a chin lift. If you would see me when we first met, I was about 135 pounds. And I was all-muscle. Now, I'm about 185 pounds and there's not as much muscle. Starting this new chapter in our life. And I know we're still young. But we are getting older. And just another new chapter. Another adventure. Reporter: Dr. Anthony yun is seeing more and more couples go under the knife together. A lot of couples want to play together. They vacation together. They have kids together. Now, they're having surgery together, too. Reporter: On the day of their surgeries, david is up first. You ready? I'm going to make a little incision under your neck right here. Reporter: After a combined of five hours of surgery and six weeks of healing, the moment of truth. Here are david and heaer before. And here they are, after. The extra, hanging skin on david's chin, gone. Heather's baby fat after four kids, nonexistent. It's a happy ending for a couple who's been through it all, thick and thin. One more reason the couples are going under the knife together is men are more accepting of the idea of plastic surgery. In fact, male plastic surgery is up 121% in recent years. Staggering numbers, though. Yeah.
