Reporter: Kjerstin's experiment chronicled in her new book "mirror mirror offhe wall" is one she says aimed at saving her self-esteem. Plagued by eating disorders as a teen, kjerstin, now a size 10 says mirrors have had a tendency of driving her into a self-spiral doubter.
