American gold medalist, michael phelps, and ryan lochte, showing they're ready to party. And they're not the only athletes going for gold when it comes to a big night out during the games. Abc's cecilia vega has that story from london. Reporter: Ever wonder what a guy like michael phelps does, just hours after the last race of his swimming career? He packed his gold medals in a bag and takes them out for a night on the town, of course. Fresh out of the pool, fellow superstar, ryan lochte, left the medals at home. Not like they would have fit inside this taxi full of friends anyway, as they left the club early monday morning. When all the tireless workouts and never-ending training sessions are over, the pressure is off and london becomes an olympian's party playground. So, we decided to hit the red carpet at one of those parties. It's the hottest ticket in town. With all their weeks behind them, the u.S. Swim team was out in full force. Phelps with his girlfriend, aspiring model, megan rossi, who recently tweeted this photo with her man and his medals. These guys and girls haven't partied in six months or so. So, once they go out, they go all-out. Reporter: Rossi was out, too, explaining what happened in those pictures. 3:30 in the morning. London's exclusive china white club. It sounds incriminating. The mystery girl in the photo. Who is this? They are very mature people. Reporter: From gold medal winner, brandon hanson. It's well-deserved. Reporter:12-time medalist, natalie kaufman. What time did you get home? It wasn't that late. Reporter: And tyler clary, who played deejay. With six days of games left, the next medal might just go to the last man standing. You have fun tonight. No promises. Reporter: For "good morning america," cecilia vega, abc news, london. Lots of reasons to celebrate there.
