Thank you, robin. Time to talk Turkey. If you're dreading putting on the pounds this Thanksgiving, I know I am, we have ways to strategize your calories right now. So you don't have to hold back on the big day. Mara schiavocampo got simple steps from ABC's nutrition and wellness editor. Reporter: It's a recipe to keep you from feeling like a stuffed Turkey after Thanksgiving. Here's what you can do today. Step one, wake up with two tall glasses of H 0 O. 17 ounces. You can boost your metabolism by 30% right away. Let's do it. Cheers. Reporter: Step two, get your heart rate up. Head outside for a brisk walk or in you really want to feel the burn, try this eight minute high intensity workout. It's four sets with a minute of rest in between of four different exercises.
