Now to the latest fallout from that racist video at the university of Oklahoma. The school expelled two fraternity members after caught on video landing the chant and we're learning more about two of the stufrptss involved. ABC's Ryan Owens has that story. Reporter: Students here have a new chant they'd like to be known for. Protesting overnight outside the now vacant home of the sigma alpha epsilon fraternity. You can hang them from a tree -- Reporter: As this morning parker rice leading members of Sae in that now infamous chant is apologizing publicly. I'm deeply sorry for what I did Saturday night. It was wrong and reckless. I made a horrible mistake. He goes on to say alcohol may have fueled his bad decision-making but that's not an excuse. Yes, the song was taught to us, rice continues, but that too doesn't work as an explanation. Rice says he withdrew from the university of Oklahoma Monday, Matt Lopez was his dormmate here. I know parker and he's not a racist. He compromised his morality for the liking of his friends. Reporter: Late Tuesday Brody and Susan Pettit said their son Levi participated as well. They say he is not a racist and will live with the consequences forever. Overnight national's Sae national office responding distancing itself from the Ou chapter saying they do not teach that racist chant adding our investigation has found very likely that the men learned the song from fellow chapter members, which reiterates why sigma alpha epsilon did not hesitate to close the chapter completely. And this morning another sign the scandal continues to widen. The president of the university of Texas at Austin saying he is looking into reports the Sae chapter there used exactly the same chant. George. This is not over yet, okay, Ryan, thanks very much.
