Eligibility Guidelines:

Entrant (“Entrant”) is the one who submits the Entry. Entrants must be legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older.

Sweepstakes sponsored by Good Morning America and American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (collectively, "Sponsor").

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Good Morning America ("GMA"), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: Good Morning America’s “Wake Up & Win” Sweepstakes #2 (the “Sweepstakes”) begins Monday, September 29, 2014 at 7:00 am Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes..

How to Enter:

The Monday, September 29, 2014 broadcast of GMA will include a code word (“Code Word”) sometime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. that Entrants will need in order to gain access to the Entry Form online. GMA will signal on the broadcast to viewers which segment (“Key Segment”) will contain this Code Word in one or more of the following ways: a) an on-air graphic, and/or b) a verbal mention by one of the GMA anchors.

That broadcast will also include a description of the prize (“Prize”).

Then, to enter the contest, navigate the Internet to www.goodmorningamerica.com and click on the link for “WAKE UP & WIN” which will take you to the Gated Entry Page (“Gated Entry Page”). Once on the Gated Entry Page, you will find a description of the Sweepstakes, and then an overlay (“Overlay”) with instructions on entering the Code Word.

In the box provided on the Overlay, enter the letters of the Code Word in Capital Letters that was given out on the September 29th broadcast.

YOU MUST ENTER THE LETTERS FOR THE CODE WORD IN CAPITAL LETTERS CORRECTLY IN THE BOX ON THE OVERLAY IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ENTRY FORM (“ENTRY FORM”). DO NOT ADD ANY PUNCTUATION, ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS, OR SPACES. YOU WILL SEE AN ERROR MESSAGE IF THE CODE WORD IS ENTERED INCORRECTLY. IF THE CODE WORD IS NOT CORRECTLY ENTERED WITHIN THREE (3) ATTEMPTS, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH THE SEGMENT VIA AN ONLINE LINK (WITHIN 60 MINUTES FOLLOWING THE EAST COAST BROADCAST OF “GOOD MORNING AMERICA”) TO FIND THE CODE WORD. AFTER YOU WATCH THE SEGMENT ONLINE, YOU WILL HAVE UNLIMITED ADDITIONAL ATTEMPTS TO ENTER THE CORRECT CODE WORD BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE ENTRY PERIOD.

Once you enter the correct Code Word, the Entry Form will be revealed which will ask for your contact information.

Fill out the Entry Form in its entirety.

Upon submission, you will see a thank you message on your screen indicating that you have successfully entered. You will not receive a further acknowledgment.

Multiple entries per e-mail address per Sweepstakes Period are permitted.

Judging Procedure and Notification:

A random drawing will be conducted within twenty-four (24) hours after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. One Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected during that drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor.

The Winner will be notified by email within seventy-two hours following the random drawing.

Decisions of the Sponsor are final as to all Sweepstakes-related matters.

In the event that the Winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Sweepstakes procedures, does not respond to the notification email within three days, or is not able to receive the Prize as specified, then the first runner-up Entrant will be selected as the Winner, time permitting.

Prize:

The Winner will receive a seven (7) day cruise for two (2) for Winner and Traveling Companion (“Traveling Companion”), in a balcony stateroom on any Norwegian Cruise Line seven-day cruise of their choice departing from a U.S. port.

Winner will also receive a credit for two (2) round-trip economy airfare tickets courtesy of GOGO Vacations for Winner and Traveling Companion between Winner’s nearest home U.S. domestic airport to any U.S. domestic airport nearest to the departure port of the Norwegian Cruise Line cruise in the Prize itinerary. The airfare amount covered by GOGO Vacations for Winner and Traveling Companion will not exceed seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) per person, or fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) total, subject to restrictions stated below.

The cruise is restricted to available dates and must be taken by the expiration date on the certificate provided by Norwegian Cruise Line. The cruise portion of the prize does not include taxes, fees and service charges, casino expenditures, shore excursions, bar charges, specialty restaurant charges, telephone calls and internet charges, and other personal expenditures, all of which are the responsibility of the Winner.

Norwegian Cruise Line will provide the Winner with a letter containing instructions for redemption, an official prize certificate and a list of specific dates and ships from which the winner may select their cruise. If, for any reason, the Winner’s selection is not available, Norwegian Cruise will ask the Winner to choose an alternate sailing date from an updated list. Once booking is confirmed, no changes will be permitted within thirty (30) days of sailing.

The airfare credit shall be applied to airfare ticket costs, airfare taxes, fees and service charges. The airfare credit inclusive of taxes and surcharges shall not exceed seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) per person. This portion of the prize excludes any costs associated with changes to the itinerary, luggage, upgrades, seat selections, internet connections, meals, ground transportation costs between home and airport and airport and port and/or any additional costs other than the airfare cost, airfare taxes, fees and services charges. Any excluded cost is the responsibility of the Winner.

Airfares must be booked in conjunction with the redemption of the Norwegian Cruise Line prize and are redeemable only when Winner’s preferred travel agent books through GOGO Vacations. Airfare bookings remain subject to GOGO Vacation' Booking Terms and Conditions and additional terms and conditions may apply. Winner and Traveling Companion must sign GOGO Vacation’s booking terms and conditions form prior to, or at the time of booking. Each trip must be booked a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to departure. All travelers must be legal U.S. residents eighteen (18) years or older. Travel is subject to space availability and blackout dates.

Prize must be used by September 1, 2015. Traveling Companion must travel with the Winner. Winner and Traveling Companion are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents and any supplemental requirements including but not limited to visa requirements and passports.

All expenses not included in the prizing information above are the sole responsibility of the Winner; those include, but are not limited to, transportation between the Winner and Traveling Companion’s home(s) and the U.S. gateway airport, and between the destination airport and port. The Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes, and sales tax, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

The approximate retail value of this Prize is: $4,500.00. Actual retail value may vary.

Releases:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants and Winner agree to execute any and all paperwork requested by the Sponsor which may include, but is not limited to, a background check prior to any on-line or on air appearance of entrant, entrant's submission or related materials, and/or receipt of Prize by Winner.

All submissions will become the sole property of ABC, which may reprint or otherwise exploit the entry in any manner, in any media. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnification within seven days of notification of winning.

By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., FC USA Inc. dba GOGO WORLDWIDE VACATIONS, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"). Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material in any and all media currently in existence or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a Finalists’/Winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

By submitting entry materials, entrants certify that such materials are original and created by entrant, that entrants have the necessary rights, permission and authority to submit such materials, and, if applicable, that entrants maintain a valid copyright in the materials. Entrants acknowledge that such materials may be included and/or discussed in a broadcast, that such discussion may include statements or opinions by the broadcast talent or others about the entrants, the entrants' appearances and/or the materials, and that those statements and opinions may be considered surprising, humiliating, embarrassing, derogatory, defamatory or otherwise offensive or injurious to them, Sponsor's employees, its studio or at-home audience and/or other third parties. Entrants release the Released Parties from any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by any such statements or opinions made during a broadcast.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.

To claim prize: (a) Winner and Traveling Companion must provide proof of age, identity and residency and (b) Winner and Traveling Companion must sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.
