— -- Question:How Important is it to be rigidly regular with my medications?

Answer:Anytime a person takes any sort of medicine, it's quite important to be very thoughtful, very timely, very precise about the administration of medication. Some of the medications for diabetes, for example, can pretty promptly cause the blood sugar to fall rapidly, and if that is the case, then one needs to be very very careful about the timing of the medication or insulin, or whatever else it may be.

There are other medications which simply run out of steam after a while, that's why some medications have to be given twice a day or even three times of day, and so if that's not done in a pretty reliable, systematic way, the patient just will not get the benefit from that medication.
