— -- Question: What other symptoms besides angina can signal a heart attack?

Answer: Beyond chest pressure, there are two other common symptoms that one can feel (during a heart attack). Feeling sweaty, in association with chest pressure, is a very strong sign of a heart attack.

Or sometimes developing shortness of breath, either at rest or with minimal walking, could be a sign of problems with the blood flow in the heart, or angina.
