Answer: If your blood pressure falls after exercise, usually I would assume that you're on some medication that could be playing a role. That's not a normal phenomenon. Regular exercise probably will contribute to a lower blood pressure in general, but for it to fall too low such as you get lightheaded after exercise, I would assume that there's either some drug or maybe some dietary habits that you're practicing. So I would discuss that with your doctor.
