Answer: Walking to work or walking to the grocery store is a great way to start your physical activity, but unless these distances are about two miles away, you're probably not going to get enough exercise in to continue to lose weight and even maintain your weight loss. So you probably will eventually will have to add more structured exercise time in, but don't stop walking to work or to the grocery store. It's a good exercise.
