In terms of win cognitive decline begins. Actually there is a lot of data that suggest that it that we peak around age twenty and from then on it's down -- The I think the big question. That we have is. At what point does it become noticeable and significant in terms of impairing our our lives. And that's a much more complicated question. -- normal aging. We are basically we. All have some tendency to. Have trouble in terms of -- speed of information processing. In terms of our multitasking. And good mental flexibility that we have. And everyone is experiences that that's universal and that probably creeps up so. Creeps up on us over the course of our our lifetime I think there's a lot of interest thing work in terms of what is actually driving that. But it is -- the universal in its occurrence. Then there's also disease -- and that's I would argue is a different animal. And that is what may lead us into. Diseases like alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
