As if there weren't enough illegal substances to attempt drug abusers doctors are now warning against the synthetic form of marijuana. Variously -- as K two spice -- and mr. smiley the drug was until last year. Legally available at gas stations convenience stores and the Internet. -- now illegal it is still producing toxic reactions in those who try to get high by smoking or swallowing it.
